SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery costs (UK)

Delivery charges are calculated by weight. For packages under 2kg, standard shipping will cost £3.35. If your package is over 2kg, shipping will be £5.35. Delivery is free for orders over £80.

Your items will be shipped via Royal Mail, First Class. 

​

These standard delivery services are NOT tracked, but should you need something asap or via tracked mail, please contact me for a quote.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery times

I aim to ship within 1-3 business days, and will always endeavour to ship as quickly as possible. 

Once the item is shipped, approximate delivery times for the UK are 1-2 working days via 1st Class Royal Mail.

Free Local Pick Up (Wivelsfield Green, East Sussex, RH17)

Local collection is available from Quirk Creations HQ. We are based in Wivelsfield Green, East Sussex, so please pop along to pick up your order if you are in the area.

 

Please wait for the notification email that will let you know when your order is ready to collect. This will contain all the details you will need to find us. 

 

Your will be able to collect within 48 hours of placing your order. 

I really hope that you are happy with your order, but if not, I will be happy to offer a refund. Please return the item in the original packaging within 5 days. The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage.

If the item has been damaged in transit, I would be grateful if you could email me a photograph. I will then be in touch to make arrangements to try to rectify the matter.
