No, unfortunately orders cannot be customised at this time. This is something I'm looking into for the future and would like to add as an option, however, it is not something I can offer at the moment.

You should hang your calendar somewhere that's easily accessible for your child, and keep the storage board with activities nearby. This will enable your child to check it on their own to encourage independence.

The frame has a hook attached for hanging. However, it does not come with any other hanging hardware or accessories. I would recommend using removable velcro hanging strips to secure your framed calendar to the wall. This will ensure it stays in place and reduces the amount of handling which will increase it's longevity and durability.

The kitchen is a great place to hang your calendar, and the fridge is the perfect place to store your activity magnets if you don't want to use the storage board provided. In most cases, the magnets should stick to the fridge if it has a stainless steel door. A magnetic whiteboard will also do the same job.

We believe that all children are different and learn at their own pace. However, the calendars are recommended for use by pre-school aged children and above. The small magnetic parts are safe to handle and durable for little hands to play with, which helps to develop fine motor skills. The visual timetable is a great way to talk about what's happening throughout your child's day which encourages speech and language development. Talking about Today's Plan will also encourages your child to open up about how they feel about each activity, which helps you to check in with their social and emotional state of mind, and will help to develop a healthy bond between caregiver and child. Due to small magnetic parts, the calendars are not recommended for use for children under the age of three.

Your framed calendar will arrive with the magnets in place on the board for the days of the week, months, seasons and years. The two blank activity discs will also be on here. The 48 activity magnets will be on a separate sheet, to be pushed out carefully by the buyer, and transferred to the storage board included. The small magnet for the dates will also be on the separate sheet, with a spare included incase one gets lost. The calendar and storage board are wrapped in paper, and posted out in a large board envelope to protect it.

I aim to get all orders posted within 3 days of ordering so please expect 3-5 days for your order to arrive. Should there be any delays, I will contact you at the time of ordering.

All our products carry the CE and UKCA marking which certifies that they've been put through and passed all the safety standards required to be sold in Great Britain. They are safe to use and fit for purpose for children aged 3 and above. The calendars have small magnetic parts and pose a risk to choking. We recommend that you supervise your child when using these products at all times.

I will do my best to replace any lost parts for a small fee. This will be dependent on having enough spare stock, so I can't offer any guarantees that the missing part will be available but please get in touch to check. Email: info@quirkcreations.co.uk

I really hope you're happy with your order, but if not, I will be happy to offer a refund. Please return the item in the original packaging within 5 days of receiving the order. The buyer will be responsible for postage.
